The Lancer 36 is a Bill Lee/Bruce Farr designed performance cruiser. A comfortable interior with lots of solid teak. The interior arrangement is very open with a private aft cabin, head and galley amidships and forward salon, which makes it practical for family cruising or a liveaboard.  Only had two owners, both maintained her to the highest standards. It has received significant upgrades and new equipment during the last 2 years including a new mast, sails, GPS Plotter, running rigging, water heater, fresh water system, shower system, stereo, engine raw water system, fuel tank, prop shaft and cutlass bearing, professionally rewired AC electric system and much more.  This boat is well cared for and used regularly. It is only for sale due to the owners being transferred overseas.

The Catalina 34 has some of the largest interior headroom of any sailboat in her class.  The forecabin has a large double-size V-berth with forward storage, overhead hatch with screen and storage underneath.  The main salon features a U-shaped convertible dinette that will comfortably sleep two.  The nav station features a chart table, AC/DC electrical panels and a hanging wet-locker.  The L-shaped galley with double stainless steel sink, refrigerator/freezer and stove with oven.  Aft of the galley is the enclosed stateroom with large double berth and a double seat.  Next to the companionway steps is the large enclosed head w/ shower and seperate teak shower seat, stainless steel sink, mirror, storage for toiletries and an overhead hatch.
